Refund policy
At Lumen, we want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return contact us at glowbylumen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and get back to you within 2 to 3 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at glowbylumen@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
